MyHeritage released a video animation feature. It allows you to create video reenactments of family members by uploading photographs of them to the MyHeritage site.

I uploaded a scanned photograph of my second-great grandmother, Hannah Meyer, to the MyHeritage site. This is the animated video reenactment of her below.
